Feedback on a Simple MERN based Authentication page I Built

I would appreciate any kind of feedback on how I did certain stuff especially in the front end on how I Implemented the Auth page and the redirections provided using React Routes.

Also would appreciate any general feedbacks/tips from experienced devs on how I could potentially improve this simple project.

Potential feedbacks on the back end is also Appreciated, and any good practice tips too

Would also love to hear how much would my application compare to something of Industry Standard (I know its gonna be a massive difference) But a general Push to that direction is appreciated.
