jump to top of page without a link

i am using frames on my site
When my contact form is submitted to directs to a thank you page

Problem being it goes to the bottom of my thankyou page, ie in the same position from the submit button on my form on the previous page

How can i automatically jump to the top of the thankyou page without the need of a link?
