Object Properties Passed into bind_param

I’ve got an object, I’m trying to add into my database.

I have this line

`$stmt->bind_param(‘ss’, $this->getTitle(), $this->getPrice() );`

But am getting this error/notice.

Is there a ‘correct’ way to do this?

Notice: Only variables should be passed by reference in C:

@NogDogOct 22.2020 — You may just have to assign them to variables first? (I use PDO, so not entirely sure about MySQLi.)

$bar = $this-&gt;getPrice();
$stmt-&gt;bind_param('ss', $foo, $bar);
