@ginerjmFeb 27.2014 — #so many confusing things in your statement. cPanel is an interface the tools that your webhost provides. As such one of its tools is (usually) phpadmin which provides you access to your MySQL server, and thus, your databases. So far you do not need nor use PHP. Even running the phpadmin tool does not require php. You simply use it to connect to a db and to select a table and then click on insert.
