Looking for a co-author / web dev. source

I’ve created a website in a FrontPage 2002 template and found that it isn’t viewable to older web browsers. I like the way the template looks but, I’d like to make it HTML 3.2 compliant or at least look presentable older browsers (HTML 4.01 trans).

I’d also like a little help making my site Search Engine friendly (for some reason the index page doesn’t show the description on the search engine).

Does anyone know a “good” source(s) for web development that “would co-author” a site and do the coding that I can’t do efficiently?

BTW: the site is www.globalheading.com

Thanks!

@PeOfEoJun 17.2004 — Using an old doc type is not the way to go. The way to go so your site will be backwords engineered would be to use XHTML1.1 or 1.0 and then make the layout with css. Css is a newer thing when it comes to layouts, but when an older browser cannot read the css the site will break down into a text based unstyled form so the content will still be accessible. My sites are accessible on lynx which is a dos text based browser that cannot even display tables properly. I am guessing fp2003 is the newest one correct? I do not know how stnadards compliant that is, but it is supposed to be alright. But I would not go near the wysiwyg features, and personally I am using dreamweaver, it has a better reputation and it is great to script in.
