Need simple CMS…any suggestions
Hi all,
I am looking for a simple Content Management System. I’ve used Mambo and Joomla for a while, but have a situation where I need something very simple. I’m curious if anyone has any suggestions, or if something like this exists?
Here’s what I’m looking for.
1.
A simple CMS that will allow a user to sign in and create/edit different bits of content.
It needs to have a WYSIWYG editor for the content.
Content (articles what ever you want to call them) should be inserted into pages by inserting a simple PHP (or other) type of include. One or two lines of code.
Content should be stored in a MySQL (or similar) database on the backend.
I don’t need the whole template development, page management thing.
That’s about it. I don’t need the ability to create entire pages or build and manage templates. I just need the ability to create bits of content, insert them into pages through a simple include statement, and then edit the content (via a protected interface) through a WYSIWYG interface.
