The browser cache will reload depending on settings the user selects, and whether or not the temp internet files are full, in which no cache can be stored. This cannot be controlled; you would just tell them: Do this to clear temp internet files and this to allow caching. ?

If I execute some command with the administrator user, the cache that it generates, is for this user (admin) and I need the cache for the user that he works in this machine.
