Registration Form

Hello,
My company had a registration form created by a Central-European web developer – the relationship was fully remote and now the developer is not to be reached. The site has been deployed and is hosted in the US.
An attempt to register made by a governmental agency in the US resulted in the confirmation email not getting through their spam barriers – the registration form has been linked to a server in Central-Eastern Europe, apparently.

I am not a web developer myself but I would like to ask how the piece of code linking the form to that server would look like and how to edit it to link it to our server. I’ve edited pages myself several times but have no experience with php. My understanding is we do not need to create a new page, just a code edit is needed.

@NvenomJul 30.2011 — First of all what kind of server would this Registration form be sending too?

And if you could show us the script you are trying to redirect to your server. (if you have it)
