FTP Site via The Web

Anybody know of any sites where I can connect to a web server through FF or IE. I usually use this site:

[url]www.net2ftp.com[/url]

But I think something is wrong with it. Over the past month it doesn’t load, or if it does it takes 4-5 minutes.

I'm more so looking for a editor via the web so I can have some clients make small updates on their pages.
