Navigation menu and page loading

Hello

I am developing a website for a competition. In that, I want to add a navigation menu which looks like the event menu (Introduction, venue, accommodation)n this site: [url]http://www.techfest.org/home/event/IRCindia[/url]

Also, I want my page to be designed in the same way like the event description loads when clicked on description. accommodation details load in the same page when clicked on accommodation. can anyone help me with this?
