OMG please help me with this file

Ok here you go, when I go to download 536K mpeg, to open it in the browser, I get nothing. I get the name of the file, but not the whoel thing. Its 0 Bytes, but says its complete. What could be the problem?

For instance this does not work for me

And if i right click the item on my forum ,its says saved 0 bytes. Please somone help me. XP technical support has no answers for this and I know the community here pretty well
