Let me tell you, my experience with Chat GPT was simply amazing. It wasn't just about using it to write code; it was more like having a friendly conversation where I could ask it to explain things to me. GPT made my learning journey so much smoother. Before discovering ChatGPT, I was considering hiring a tutor, but honestly, I could only afford one session per week, which wasn't ideal. But with GPT, I had a virtual mentor available 24/7, and I could ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling dumb. It's been a game-changer for me, seriously.

If I found something close, but not exactly what I needed, I'd easily spend another 1-2 hours trying the fix/feature out in my project environment. ChatGPT has replaced 99.99% of that. It feels like having a 9 year old genius on the team: not old enough to lead a project, but will amaze you with their knowledge. Since they lack that life experience, they will humorously get very obvious/common sense things wrong. Even still, it's a relief having that support in your corner, focused totally on what you need help with.
My guess is the education industry will be hit the hardest by all this. Minimizing the demand for devs that sell courses or workshops.

I know it’s a speculative question since no one knows the maximum potential that artificial intelligence can achieve. However, I find it interesting to hear each person’s opinion and what they expect.
Recently, I started a machine learning course to better understand how these technologies work. It’s fascinating to see the advancements being made and how they’re already impacting various industries. However, as AI continues to develop, it’s difficult to predict how far it will go and what impact it will have on our society.
