Link assistance, color / no underline

I was wondering if anyone knew the syntax to have it so that links have no underline as well as color and face

thinking of making a table and having the background blue, but with links instead each cell but the underline throws off the effect, as well as when the links change color, so I was looking to have it white before click and after clicked.
