sizing question

What would you do if you wanted a <div> to fill the screen but there isn’t enough content to stretch it all the way from the top to bottom?

height: 100% seems inconsistent, how come?

@augustauthorFeb 06.2006 — It was height: 100% after all, even though it sometimes seems to stretch the element taller or shorter than the window, o well.
