HELP!! need web form to send as email pfd attachment

I have a client that gave me a form in .asp. THey want the form to look exactly as it does when it comes through the email as it does on the web page.

This form is on their intranet and they are running on IIS 5.0

The present form method is below:
<form method=”post” action=”[email protected]?subject=preset subject” ENCTYPE=”text/plain”>

Does anyone know a script that will send it as a pdf? Any other scripts you would recommend?

They just gave it to me and want it [U][B][COLOR=Red]immediately [/COLOR] [/B] [/U] and this is turning into a full fledged emergency so any suggestions would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

You sound like you have no idea where to start and possibly no ASP experience so I'd guess it's going to take you anywhere from a week to a month to pull it off on your own.

thanks for the lead. I've been doing searches for two days w/all different combos and haven't come up w/anything even close.

If anyone can help me make this happen in the next day and a half for a reasonable rate, please let me know.
