In Dire need of help. can you check this out

hi. i’m working on this website that is quite a mess. basically its an ecommerce/cms website. I designed a template html file that is used as a framework and there is alot of dynamic content, mostly php, that has bee inserted into the page. well, basically i’m having this problem adn it only seems to occur in IE. go to this page first: [url]http://www.houstonbalfour.com/[/url] and pay attention to the navigation in the right column. now, go to this page: [url]https://www.houstonbalfour.com/Payment[/url]. notice that the right side navigation is no longer visible. this does not happen in firefox. the weird think is, both of these pages uses the exact same template file, home.tpl. and both of these pages refrence the exact same css, design_home.css, design.css and main.css. i cannot for the life of me figure out why the navigation would not show up on one page but will on another. i dont expect anyoen to troubleshoot this site to the extent that i have to, but i’m just hoping that somebody might know somethign off the top of their head for why this is happening.. its the kind of crap that can drive a man insane.. make him question the very foundations of his reality…. er somethign.. anyway, thanks
