Hi guys,
I’m developing a website for my organization and I reached to
the e-mail service phase, I don’t know which Mail Server is suitable
for my organization. We will use the site for security purpose not for
commercial use.
What we need from the mailserver is:
there is a form users (which are our employees) will fill to get registered and store their information electronically in our server. The form includes regular personal details and other secure details required by our organization.
There are e-mail fields user will fill email1: as his e-mail, and e-mail 2 will be the e-mail of the department user works in (A copy of the form will be sent
to him by e-mail, and anothor copy will be sent to his department).
So we need a form to be sent by e-mail to multiple addresses given by
the user.
I use JSP and Servlet technology to build the site, and I use JBoss application server.
