Capturing Video from webcam

Good day,

We need to capture video from webcam using the browser (IE or Firefox and save the capture like a file (.flv or whatever) in the server. My server is working with PHP.

Oh, I don’t have money to buy Flash Server…

Any idea using PHP?

If you have a solution for video capture from webcam to server using the browser and Flash Player, we are willing to pay for your services

Really. Anyway, PHP doesn't have any access towards hardware, so you're going to need an external program to send the data to PHP to record (or just record itself).
