Create search system in a site

Hi, I´m creating a Intranet for the company I work for, I´m using PHP. And one of the main functionalities it should have (actually the whole purpose of it) is to have a simple search by keyword, it doesn´t have to be as sofisticated as the one this forum has, it is supposed to be something really simple. But I have no idea of how to start this. Does anyone knows a tutorial, or a step thru document that will guide me on this.

maybe thats a start? i dont no i want the same thing as you, and am just starting to look into it to
