PHP Form mailer problem

Hi, I’m having trouble with the PHP form mailer solution discussed on [URL=http://www.htmlgoodies.com/tutorials/forms/article.php/3479071]this[/URL] page. I have it so that it will send an email to my address but there are two problems:

First, the email is completely blank except for the title.
Second, it won’t go to my referring page.

So, how do I set it up to put the information in the email and redirect to the thank you page?

I might be able to help you out if you could post the code you have currently.

Also, you should always post code if you can. It helps us cut to the problem rather than you trying to explain it. Just FYI. ?
