CMS html emailer with preview function

Hi there. I have created a basic cms for my client, in order to upload images, access their member database etc. Pretty basic stuyff but one feature that I have made for them is a mailer which at the moment is just a script in which I have to create a new html document to go out. I’m wondering if anyone can advise of any tutorials on creating a basic wysiwyg editor which can align text, set color of text, set font family & siz etc. Maybe even add in an image.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
