HTML or CSS problem regarding frames??!?!?!

I have attempted to build my website using css for the first time. I have been working it out as I go along, and now am stuck right at the end ?

I tweaked a css layout that used frames. I removed the scrolbar but obviously the part that puts in all in frames is still there. I think, or is it something else?

Can someone please tell me how to get my site out of frames?

Many thanks for any advice!

@ray326Oct 12.2005 — It has to do with the way your host is providing your domain name. You'll have to talk to them about it.

@justoneauthorOct 12.2005 — Hi, thanks for replying. I have emailed htem. It is odd as the last website I hosted with them didn't do that! At least it is good to know it wasn't anything I did ?

Thanks again
