Need HTML and PHP/Excel code help

I would first like to say thank you for this forum! In the past few weeks I have obsorbed a wealth of information. Much of which I am trying to still understand.
I would also like to give a special thanks to “Pyro” for the many posts I reviewed with him suppling the needed answers. Exspecially when the ones he helps don’t always give thanks or provide feedback on his solutions.

I recently learned from this forum how to code a guestbook and upload it to my server in PHP. Ex.[url]Http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10856&highlight=guestbook[/url]

Since then I have been trying to add to my learnings and perform the below funtions. However, I am at a lose do to my lack of knowledge and understanding. I comprehend best by seeing what was done then anaylizing how it was done. If all goes will I then try it again myself. If some one could help my with the needed code that would be really great. That way I can learn from my mistakes.

I would like to take the following form [url]http://host49.ipowerweb.com/~nitrotr1/superform2.php[/url] and make it look like this
[url]http://host49.ipowerweb.com/~nitrotr1/FF.html[/url]
only in PHP!
I then would like the output to be placed on this page
[url]http://host49.ipowerweb.com/~nitrotr1/superform3.html[/url]
However, the team name and game # would be in bold with the date and time.
To make matters even more complicated I would then like to have the entered information also dropped into the excel file
[url]http://host49.ipowerweb.com/~nitrotr1/superspread1.xml[/url]
and then forwarded to the email address listed in my HTML with the subject heading showing the entered week# and team name.

Now you can see why I am at a lose! And need some real coding help.
