it is an html code,which has a form with dwnload button & action of tht form has path of the exe to be dwnloaded ,so when user clicks on dwnload button

It opens the window with 4 options(normal behavior of MSIE) ,[B]open,cancel,save & more info [/B] ,now user can take whatever action he wants but we want to set a flag in db table tht user has dwnloaded tht particular exe,we cannt do tht onclick of dwnload button because user might press the cancel option,so the question is how to understand tht download is complete ????(on client side)

Is there any way or property of IE 6.0 like ondownloaddone or something like tht ,which can be used to track the users action??
