Javascript menu not loading

ok, I have a js menu that works fine on one web server, but when I move everything over to a different web server it does not load in IE but does load in Netscape. Is there something in IIS that needs to be set? I even tried another web server and it works fine in IE and net. It is just this one web server and IE. Any thoughts?
