Well some will tell you that you can do it with javascript wich to some extent you can but 1) it can be easily worked around 2) it bugs users who just want to use thier browsers context menus without wanting to steal any of your precious code.
Browsers work by interpreting source code, so it's always going to be there (on your visitors computer) and your visitors will always be able to get at it.
Not meant in an offensive way but if your understanding of the browsers leads you to belive that it's possible to hide your source code then you probably don't have anything worth stealing.
