Page moving down after displaying data

Have a jsp page with data that gets fetched from a database. Once the page is loaded -> it displays data and shifts downward. This necessitates my having to move the scrollbar up to view the data – any javascript solution ?

Or even a simple HTML solution. Always call/use the link of the page like this

mypage.jsp[color=red]#[/color]

That, I geuss, should always bring the page on top whenever it is loaded/reloaded directly or after the submit...
