question about email forms. possibly PHP INI file restriction…

I am working on a site that requires a PHP mail form. I have used the same script over 100 times in other sites and scenarios and it worked fine. I implemented the same script into this new sit and it does not send me an email. There are no syntax error reporting…is there anything I should tell the client he needs to tell his hosting comopany that needs to be changed in the PHP INI file for this site? Or any other restrictions that could possibly lead to this? Any advice is appreciated…thanks ? ?
