drop down menu help

ok so i have this one page website i’m working on

it has a drop down menu that selects a song to play. what i’d like to do is make the selection from the drop down menu do two things. i’d like it to open the selected music file while also open a lyrics page, maybe in an inline frame. i may have posted this thread in the wrong group, since it may require java script.
