formaction to external page

Hello,

I have a quick question.
I’ve made a form with two submit buttons, one for emailing and one for printing.
I try to make the one for printing open on a external page with formaction.

How can I do this?

This is what is have:
<input type=”submit” formaction=”print.php” value=”Print page”>
I hope that somebody can help me.

With kind regards,

Tymen

@NogDogAug 20.2014 — Simplest thing would be to make them two separate forms with separate action attributes. (You can use CSS styling to float them side-by-side or however you want them to appear.)

@jedaisoulAug 20.2014 — Bear in mind that formaction does not work on IE9 and below. You might not think that matters, but, according to W3Counter they, collectively, still account for 12.6% of global web usage. That is more than Safari, Firefox and Android individually (though not collectively). I doubt you would think those browsers do not matter.
