Showing the http header for a post request

I have made an HTML document (local on my computer), and I want to see what http gets sent out when I submit the form. Is there a way to have a php script echo back what it recieves when my form is submitted? Basicly I have the ‘action’ for the form pointing to the php script, I just want to echo what it receives.
