How do I creat a <Newsletter Subscription Imput Form>
with the radio button and the submit button in one line

that sends the subscribers email address to a specified
email address. simple form no elaborate database thingie

@UltimaterApr 10.2005 — It sounds like you're getting a little ahead of yourself.

JavaScript cannot force any mail to be sent but it can open up the user's default mailing program and automaticly fill-out the email, however it cannot send the email.

To send the mail automaticly and in-the-background, you will need a server-side program to do it for you. If you show me some code, I can write a PERL program to do this for you.
