Toggle of value

Hi,

I have a few lines of code where I would like the users to toggle the value between “disabled” and “1” when they select/deselect the checkbox, at the same time enable/disable the value fields.

The enabling/disabling works fine, but the value did not toggle. Any kind soul can help me with the codes below?
