How to open a new fixed-size window in the centre of a screen?

Hello everybody!

Could anyone explain what should I add oto the following script to open a new fixed-size window in the centre of a screen:

javascript:void(window.open(‘../druzyam.htm’, ‘druzyam’, ‘width=250, height=350, location=no, menubar=no, status=no, toolbar=no, scrollbars=no, resizable=no’))
