that we need acertain charset we do :

and i need the full list of charset=windows-1255

for each languagge its charset!

how can i get it dynamiclly withought needing to go and write a full hard code list

You could save the page and then edit it's charset to your needs (windows-1255)

Unfortunately what you see is not what your users see.

If they do not have the same font and operating system as you then they may not see all the characters.
