Newbie needs help…

Ok I will start by saying I know NOTHING about JavaScript. What I want to do seems like it should be easy, but I have no idea how to implement it.

I have a page with two Iframes. One called _iframe and the other called _sound.

There is a section of my site were I need the sound on the page loaded into _sound to stop playing so that the page loaded into _iframe can play its sounds. I have already accomplished this easily by using stopallsounds in the flash loaded into_iframe. However, when the visitor leaves the page loaded into _iframe and goes to another page on my site I want the page in _Iframe to load the page in _sound back in so it plays again. Since I have flash loaded in both Iframes I can reload the page in _sound with an button, but flash has no way of reloading the page if the visitor uses the browser buttons or clicks on a link in the menu which is seperate from the two frames. this is were I think JavaScript can come in. Can anyone tell me how to make the page loaded into _iframe open a page into_sound when the customer leaves that page?

Sorry for the long description, but I know nothing about Javascript and it may be easier to answer the question the more you know.

Hold it right there! When you start off with that first line, all that should follow it is a question like:

1)Where do I put <script> tags on a page?

or

2) How do I make an alert() display "hello world"?

Otherwise, don't even think about an iframe, don't say iframe, and don't write the word iframe unless it's this:

3) I need an iframe script for my page, how much will it cost?
