I would like to add a second option to this dependent dropdown menu, how?

Please help me. I am a novice to java Script and cant figure out how to make a second option field dependant on the first. I would just like to modify this code to add a second option field. How can I do this?

Here is an example.. I sell cafe furniture on my website. Depending on the paticualr table style sizes and colors will vary in what they can be purchase in.

I would like the user to be able to pick the style of table top they want, and then based on that style they would choose from two drop down menus that would populate with dropdown menu one with the special colors and then dropdown menu two with the special sizes.

What you gave me is like A+B=C where I need something like this: The result of the user choice = two new choices dependent on the result of the fitst choice. All the choices will go into a form for quoting the customer a price for table tops.

Say the customer chooses an "Expresso" style table; "Espresso" Style tables only come in three sizes and two colors, based on their choice the customer will get information in two new dropdowns. One will list the sizes of the tables and the other will list the colors of the tables.

Other styles of tables come in varying sizes and colors so this is why we need to have a way for the customer to choose their colors and sizes based on those tables they choose.

This link is almost what I need accept I need a second dropdown menu based on the resul of the first choice. So two new choices based on the result of the first choice.
