Calling Out for Help in WebPage Design!

heya everyone…

I need help in the designing of a good and user-friendly webpage. I am absolutely clueless on how to go about doing it. Do I need to purchase a special program to aid me in it? What should I do?

Kindly please advice.

@soccer362001Aug 24.2004 — go to www.w3schools.com learn XHTML and CSS, then open notepad and start designing. If you want to create your own graphics i would suggest using Photoshop.

'Cos I think the trial version for Dreamweaver will most probably run out on me by the time I finish designing the website! I will most probably need to take a longer time than that to finish it....
