issue we’re facing is that the homepage is not being updated

The issue we’re facing is that the homepage is not being updated. The updated version is only visible to logged-in customers, while those who have logged out are still seeing the outdated homepage. I discussed this problem with someone else this morning, but they were unable to identify the cause.

What happens when these users CLEAR their browser cache? Does the issue happen with all browsers?
