Error Establishing a Database Connection

I have been working on a few of my WordPress websites. Today I continuously getting an error of “Error Establishing a Database Connection” on my website. I tried to configure everything but still, the issue didn’t got resolved at that time. Suddenly, the website started working fine. Can someone suggest why this has happened? or the solution for this to avoid facing the same issue next time? Thank you.
