Are my pages not readable?

We need some advice on whether our pages are not readable by crawlers.

In July 2021, we suffered a huge drop in coverage for both short and long tail keywords. We thought that this could have been because of the link spam, core web vitals or core update around that time period so have been working towards resolving any issues with these.

Recently, I noticed that despite our pages have lots of content, whenever you shame them via social media, it says that the ”read time” is set to 1 minute or less than 1 minute which is not true. So, I am curious whether this is related to our ability to rank pages? What would be causing this issue?

For context, the reason why I am intrigued is because any blog articles we publish seem to rank well (our blog uses standard WordPress default text editor and not custom fields). Yet, any pages that we publish via custom fields has this issue of ”less than 1 minute read time” and also seemingly does not rank well.
