Its very easy, I had to do one recently and had to use both windows and 3rd party tools to make the slides up and one thing that many people did in mistake was to turn the slide show mode on, turn it off, especially when compiling the slides as you want to advance one slide at a time so that your presentation can be done at a natural pace and not hurried or rushed because you have got set time limits.
@KansDec 18.2017 — #Of course you can find some developer, but there are another variants. For example to buy premium ready-made template, and edit it for your needs. This is not so difficult, especially since there are a lot of training videos in YouTube.
