552 Disk full – please upload later filezilla error when uploading files

Hello

I am trying to update a wordpress installation. However, I am getting an error “552 Disk full – please upload later” with readon “could not start transfer” displayed by filezilla client when I tried to upload the folders wp-admin and wp-include.

Does any of you have any idea about what I can do to fix this?
