Two meta description and two meta keywords tags in web pages?

Hi all,

We saw a website, they optimize single title, two meta description and two meta keywords in their web pages. This is black hat technique?. If yes what happen in future?. Expert kindly share your suggestion.

@jennypitulaDec 06.2017 — Single title is good, for two meta description and two meta keywords, i can say it is not black hat. But Google tends to use the first one it encounters. When there are none, it selects when it deems to be relevant from the page and displays that.
