Website blocked

Hello, I have a website registered with NameCheap and I use Wix to create the content.
The problem is that my website is not accessible in some places (hospitals for instance since they have protection against unknown websites).
On NameCheap, I said that the category was Business and in Wix I created the pages SEO.
However, it is still not working in some places. For instance, in a hospital I know, it says that the website is blocked because the website category is “Unrated”.
I would like to know what to do to solve this situation.

Thank you very much !

Alex

@rootSep 25.2017 — You can not overcome the block put in place by the network admins of those networks, to do so not only breaches the terms of use of that connection by the user but also puts the network at risk because most modern hospital use networks to link monitoring equipment to workstations and should your user have circumvented such security restrictions, literally place lives in danger. Say a script kiddy found that internet connection among millions ( a million in one) and sees devices on that network and starts to brute force devices to see what happens, what would happen if that led to the death of a patient because some brute force action shuts a life support machine off? Sounds too far fetched but it was found that hospital equipment has none of the safeguards that a computer has and therefore they are vulnerable to hack attempts, like cash points (ATM's) that spew out cash for no reason other than they were hacked.

@alecs26authorSep 25.2017 — Thank you. Well I don't to "overcome" the security. I just want to make my website accepted. I want to make my website safe so it's accepted by their security system. Many systems can be accessed and mine can't. And I don't know why, I used a standard Wix website...

I am trying to understand why it's blocked and what I can do so it's accepted...

@rootSep 26.2017 — Your blocked because the way the security is set up, your domain has to appear on their whitelist otherwise you are blocked and why you have to contact the network admins or IT department directly to find out what you need to do so that your site is allowed. Nothing you do your side of the fence will matter, your blocked until they unblock you, there is no magic formular to making their network accept your site without you talking to people.

@alecs26authorSep 26.2017 — Thank you for your answer. However, it would not be possible to contact all the hospitals in the world to tell them to unblock my site.

Furthermore, many sites can be accessed. For instance, many small international companies websites can be accessed. I doubt that they have contacted this specific hospital to be on the white list...there must be a generic way to make the website considered as safe. My SSL is good. I don't know what I do wrong.

@criterion9Sep 26.2017 — I recommend checking with some of the larger whitelist providers to see what their requirements are to remove unlisted or unverified marks from your domain. Most places use a service or device that utilizes a service that provides lists to approve or deny (as an example, bluecoat: https://sitereview.bluecoat.com/sitereview.jsp#/)
