How to gain users on new Social Networking Website

Hello Friends,

Actually, I have launched a new social networking site for a single community. the website name is ********.com, I want to gain the original traffic on this site, but I didn’t understand how’s it possible. Can anybody help me how to optimize social networking site to collecting users and its only European based site and mission is that only collect the European users.

I should add that you need to write good and attractive content. It means that writing content that users care about and are interesting.
