I am working on Off-page SEO for my new site. I have already created backlinks to this site (web2.0, file sharing backlinks) but my site is not in SERP. I wonder how many type of backlink and which is most important? Thank you!

I totally agree with you 100%. However, Nofollow Backlinks make your site more natural and that might be a reason for site rank improvement I think.
