Simple login/register system

Hello guys, ALL I want is to make my website connect to my mysql database and make a simple register/login system.. I looked over tutorials but they are more like copy/paste I can’t learn how to do that with the button that I make on my websie ? if anyone is available to help me please reply.. all I want is to understand how to make that register/login php is so hard :c

@Blue59Jan 30.2017 — Do you mean that PHP is difficult and so you want another way to create your Register page link to your database, or that you want help in doing it in PHP because it is difficult?

You need a server side script to do what you want, so you should post your question on the relevant server side script board. For example, if you want help with a PHP script, it's best to post to the PHP board on this forum.

@jedaisoulJan 31.2017 — If you do not have the ability to read and understand pre-written scripts, you will be unable to modify them to meet your needs. Therefore you may have to work with the functionality provided.

So all I can suggest you do is to look for a plug-in script that is compatible with your site. E.g. If your site is built with WordPress, you need a WP plug-in.

@rootJan 31.2017 — A web form is a dangerous animal if you fail to ensure that you have secured the inputs via filtering to sestrict the risk of script and SQL injection.

Generally tutorial only give you the raw basics without any security measures.

You should take the time to study and learn something before you walk and run otherwise you will end up tripping up and end up like so many before, a compromised server and possibly a stolen web hosting account that makes it hard for you to get back under your control, especially where your admin account is hijacked...
