Basic HTML Codes implemented on every site

Hello guys,

I have a question about a something i don’t how to do.

I want to make a website implementing it’s basic stuff like menu, footer, … itself.

I know that it works but I don’t know how..

My goal is it, to write “<p>Hello!</p>” to the test.html page (example) and when i call it on my browser, the menu bar, footer, css, should be on this page automaticly.

The easiest option is to use cms like Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal to create your website.
