another dumb question

another question provbably everyone but me knows — if you can use a javascript browser / plug-in sniffer to redirect (and I seem to be able to) what is it that browsers that have javascript turned off (which I can’t find how to do on IE) CAN’T do javascriptically speaking? DHTML stuff? Forms with math calculators? ??????????????/

@Robert_WellockApr 08.2004 — DHTML is a term for JavaScript dynamically enriched pages hence if JavaScript is disabled so is the DHTML functionality.

As for M$ Explorer: Tools > Internet Options... Security tab - Custom Level... Scripting> Active Scripting (check disable) and you will have disabled JavaScript for MS Explorer.
